What do you shoot?
I love photographing intimate weddings & elopements, family, maternity, newborn and birth. I love photographing people in general so if you have an idea send me the details.
What's your style?
Photojournalistic, timeless, fine art, honest and full of love. With all photo sessions my main goal is capture you honestly … i love the undone moments even if thats tears, muddy feet, and wild laughter.
First get in touch with me to make sure I am available on your date (if I'm not, I will be sure to pass along some wonderful recommendations). If I am and we've had a chance to connect about your desires photo session, you will need to sign/send in an agreement and pay the flat non-refundable $1000 deposit(wedding) / $100(family), as either check or cash. Dates are never held and only locked in upon receipt of agreement + deposit.
How do I book you?
Do you travel? Cost?
Yes! I love to travel. I generally charge the cost of a plane ticket and a couple days of travel for all inquiries outside of the Bay Area.
Are you insured?
Yes, I can provide documentation upon request.
I retain the copyright, but you have printing rights and can post your images as you'd like (please tag me). The copyright ensures that you may not alter the photos in any way, nor may you enter them in competitions, etc. without my consent.
Do I own the copyright to the images in my gallery?
Wear what makes you happy and comfortable! I love neutrals and whites because they make for really dreamy airy photographs that allows all the focus to be on the humans! But, I also love stripes, floral patterns, polka dots, and pops of bright colors. Whatever you decide, come prepared and open to change things up ... muddy feet, the hem of your dress in the water, laying in a big patch of flowers, sandy sand, and wild hair.
I do ask that you NOT wear clothing with company logos on them because they can be distracting.
What should I wear?
Turnaround time for portrait sessions is 3-4 weeks and for weddings is 8-10 weeks. Of course, I do move as quickly as possible. These amounts are general and subject to change based on the time of year and other variables.
How long before I get my images?
For me, the only way I can truly stay consistent and organized is to keep everything in writing. I use our emails as reference throughout the planning process. An initial email where we exchange basic information is the best way to start the conversation about your session, after that lets chat over the phone or meet up for a coffee!
